Intellectual Disability Care Coordinator

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in direct care or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring program quality, and providing active treatment services to consumers.
About the RoleThe Healthcare Team Leader will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure the effective operation of the program. They will be responsible for communicating regularly with the Program Manager, ensuring compliance with applicable licensure regulations, and providing active treatment services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct staff to ensure effective operation of the program
- Communicate regularly with the Program Manager to ensure program quality
- Ensure compliance with applicable licensure regulations
- Provide active treatment services, including administering medications and assisting with medical equipment
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct care or a related field
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful background check
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
Estimated Salary: $20-$23 per hour.
