The ideal candidate will drive growth across key markets, identify fresh business opportunities, and align with stakeholders to promote a diverse portfolio of healthcare products. A consultative sales approach will be essential in establishing strong networks across decision-makers in larger trusts and organizations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Owning sales targets with accountability for results;
  • Manage a well-organised sales pipeline in line with company goals and strategy;
  • Represent the company at conferences and networking events to expand relationships and business opportunities;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales, with a focus on new business generation;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience selling to decision-makers across multiple levels;
  • Target-driven, with a history of success in Business Development Manager roles;
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong time management abilities;
  • Familiarity with sales processes and services;
  • Creative, resilient, and proactive in tackling challenges;
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
