About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and authentic leader to join our team at Porterbrook. As a seasoned professional in the railway industry, you will have a deep understanding of rolling stock, organisations, and key players. Your expertise in contractual obligations and operating lease agreements will be invaluable in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement plans that support our strategic objectives of growing revenues through service development
* Build on our existing foundations of asset digitalisation to improve the safety and utility of rolling stock assets, particularly with regard to reliability and the cost of maintenance
* Establish and maintain executive-level relationships internally and externally
* Bring strategic thinking and insight to the development of services

Skills and Experience

* Extensive knowledge of the railway industry, including rolling stock, organisations, and key players
* In-depth knowledge of contractual obligations and operating lease agreements
* Proven leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams
* A passion for developing future leaders and early careers
* Ability to think strategically and bring new ideas to the table
