We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Railway Team Leader to join our team in London Enterprise House. As a key member of our Signalling Maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the maintenance and upkeep of our rail network.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of work, establishing safety arrangements, and controlling the quality of work. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing. You will have experience of organising and controlling the safe and efficient delivery of work, and knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting, and renewal techniques.
