Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious NDA File Handler to join our dynamic team. As an NDA File Handler, you will play a critical role in handling litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of our insurance clients. You will work closely with our fraud specialists and legal support staff to achieve the best possible results in a commercially sound manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files, working closely with our fraud specialists and legal support staff
  • Work in close conjunction with the relevant Lead Lawyer to achieve the best possible results
  • Analyze evidence and identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases
  • Develop and implement case strategies in accordance with client guidelines and industry best practices
  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction and achieve both client and internal KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of all client and internal MI
  • Achieve financial targets and ensure timely and accurate billing

Requirements:

  • Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler
  • Experience in handling RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated case loads
  • Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes together with indemnity principles
  • Knowledge of the litigation process and working knowledge of the CPR
  • Good advocacy skills and client care skills
  • High level of analytical skills and excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, keep to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of time recording and billing systems

Working Hours:

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. We are agile workers with attendance at our offices at least 1 day a week.
