About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fraud Case Handler Assistant to join our team at Keoghs. As a Fraud Case Handler Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our File Handlers in managing complex cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Assist in the management of case files, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and adherence to file management policies.
  • Litigation Support: Provide support to File Handlers in the preparation of court documents, costs schedules, and other litigation-related tasks.
  • Investigation Support: Assist in the investigation of cases, including evidential reviews, liaison with policyholders and witnesses, and proofing of key witnesses.
  • Resolution Support: Support File Handlers in the negotiation of third-party costs and drafting of settlement documentation.
  • Client Excellence: Ensure maximum client satisfaction by assisting on files in accordance with agreed client guidelines.
  • Technical Excellence: Liaise with all relevant parties to carry out agreed investigations and meet set strategies.
  • Financial Excellence: Work efficiently and effectively to achieve financial targets and ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Cultural Excellence: Adhere to the Keoghs Values and work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Established interest in law, either through further education or experience in a process-driven legal environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Good telephone and communication skills, ability to organize and prioritize tasks, calm under pressure, and good literacy and IT skills.
  • Soft Skills: Client care/service, organization, ability to prioritize and adapt, teamwork and collaboration, oral and written communication, and interpersonal and social skills.
