Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigated File Handler to join our team at Keoghs. As a key member of our counter-fraud team, you will play a crucial role in handling pre-litigation cases and working towards shaping the future of the counter-fraud arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cases from identification to resolution, or point of litigation
  • Strategic Excellence:
    • Detailed review and analysis of evidence
    • Setting case strategy and adhering to KYO or generic strategies
    • Identifying strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases
  • Client Excellence:
    • Handling files in accordance with client guidelines
    • Ensuring maximum client satisfaction and accurate completion of client and internal MI
  • Technical Excellence:
    • Liaising with team members to carry out investigations and meet set strategy
    • Protecting client position in relation to litigation
    • Dealing proactively with case investigations and strategy
  • Financial Excellence:
    • Working in an efficient and effective manner within a fixed fee price
    • Retaining profitability and achieving financial targets

Requirements:

  • Experience of handling pre-litigated case load
  • High level of analytical skills and excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work, keep to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Adherence to Keoghs Values

Working Hours:

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch

This is an agile working role with attendance at the office at least 1 day per week

The location for this role is Bolton, Parklands Office
