Fraud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Specialist to join our team at Keoghs. As a Fraud Specialist, you will be responsible for handling pre-litigation cases, working closely with our fraud specialists and legal support staff to ensure the successful resolution of cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from identification to resolution, ensuring adherence to all work type process stages.
- Develop and implement case strategies, identifying opportunities for litigation and complex cases.
- Work closely with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and accurate completion of all client and internal MI.
- Meet client and internal KPIs, achieving both commercial and technical excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling pre-litigated case loads.
- High level of analytical skills, with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, keep to deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills, with experience of time recording and billing systems.
Working Hours:
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.
This is an agile working role with attendance at the office at least 1 day per week.
