Fraud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Specialist to join our dynamic team at Keoghs. As a Fraud Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation claims handling, with experience in handling RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated case loads. You will be responsible for running fraud cases from the point of litigation through to resolution, working in collaboration with our Insurer clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Excellence: Detailed review and analysis of evidence, setting and agreeing case strategy with clients, and adhering to work type process stages.
- Client Excellence: Handling files in accordance with client guidelines, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, and achieving client and internal KPIs.
- Technical Excellence: Reporting to Insurer clients, liaising with case involvements, and achieving the best result in litigation.
