We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Specialist to join our dynamic team at Keoghs. As a Fraud Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims, working closely with our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Run a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of a cross-section of insurance clients.
- Work closely with sophisticated claims handlers to identify and prevent new and emerging risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to defeat dishonest motor claims.
- Conduct detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case.
- Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases when appropriate.
- Report to Insurer clients throughout the lifetime of the claim.
- Achieve the best result in litigation, protecting the client's position in relation to proceedings.
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
- Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes, together with indemnity principles.
- Knowledge of the litigation process and working knowledge of the CPR.
- Experience of time recording and billing systems.
