Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced, litigated File Handler to join our team. As an NDA Litigation Specialist, you'll work closely with fraud specialists and legal support staff to run a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of insurance clients. You'll work in close conjunction with Lead Lawyers to achieve the best possible results in a commercially sound manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run fraud cases from litigation through to resolution
- Detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the case
- Setting and agreeing case strategy with clients
- Identifying strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases
- Handling files in accordance with client guidelines
- Ensuring maximum client satisfaction and accurate completion of client and internal MI
- Achieving client and internal KPIs
Requirements:
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler
- Experience in handling RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated case load
- Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes
- Knowledge of the litigation process and CPR
- Good advocacy and client care skills
- High level of analytical skills
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, keep to deadlines, and work under pressure
- Excellent IT skills
