Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events & Tradeshow Manager to become part of a leading organization that delivers innovative solutions utilized by top institutions worldwide.
The company is currently experiencing rapid growth and is enhancing its marketing capabilities, prompting the search for a skilled Events & Tradeshow Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and be tasked with bringing the brand to life through meticulously planned and executed events.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning & Coordination:
- Maintaining and updating the events calendar
- Researching and proposing relevant events aligned with the marketing strategy
- Planning and executing exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events
- Coordinating with vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Managing event schedules, exhibitor registrations, and attendee logistics
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Lead to ensure effective lead capture and registration processes
Promotion & Engagement:
- Creating and implementing innovative strategies to boost attendance and engagement at events
- Conducting pre and post-event promotions in collaboration with the broader marketing team
Collateral & Materials:
- Overseeing the logistics and management of exhibition stands, materials, and promotional items
- Conducting post-event analysis and reporting on key performance indicators to assess return on investment and suggest improvements
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 4 years of events experience, preferably in a B2B context (experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is advantageous)
- Proficiency in managing international events
- A creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and a talent for building relationships
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful individual who enjoys collaborating with a diverse marketing team.
Some travel may be necessary for this role.
