Global Events Coordinator Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a proficient, committed, and seasoned Global Events Coordinator with exceptional technical skills to oversee our international events team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Event Technology and facilitate the design and implementation of high-quality events. A keen eye for detail is essential to create memorable and impactful experiences.

Position Summary:

This position is crucial to our events division, tasked with managing all global event resources. We require an individual who can take charge of these resources, guide the team, and spearhead the execution of industry exhibitions across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee event resources for the events and marketing teams
  • Deliver training on best practices for systems
  • Collaborate with the digital team on event websites and software solutions
  • Lead various components of events and projects
  • Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies for event logistics
  • Manage all aspects of Arm-hosted events
  • Administer budgets for projects

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency with event management software
  • Capability to plan and execute events autonomously and collaboratively
  • Understanding of event planning methodologies
  • Strong project management and time management abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in technology sector events
  • Involvement in events across North America and the Asia-Pacific region
