About the Role

Handy Recruit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and conducting exit interviews.
  • Manage HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and compliance forms.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
