About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR/Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, managing employee data, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and scheduling interviews.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance data.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • HR Systems Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate with HR assistance experience, ideally CIPD full or part qualified.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or recruitment, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to work.
