Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards

Requirements
  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
