HR Recruitment Specialist

This role is a crucial part of our HR team, supporting the recruitment function and ensuring that HR systems are updated and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support all aspects of the recruitment function, including liaising with recruiting managers and onboarding new starters.
  • Liaise with recruiting managers, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure that all consultants, secondees, and service provisions agreements are in place and regularly reviewed.
  • Lead on the probationary review process and provide advice and assistance on policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Produce and present information briefings and workshops on HR-related topics.
  • Organise and conduct new starter onboarding processes, induction meetings, and agency worker induction.
  • Ensure timely submission of recruitment information for payroll.
  • Support the HR Manager on recruitment matters and keep the HR pages on the Intranet and websites up to date.
  • Assist with the training of staff on HR systems and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • CIPD qualification desirable.
  • Experience of working within recruitment and using HR and recruitment systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
