About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at REUBEN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase account spend and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and needs to provide tailored solutions and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and account management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
