Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team and work with existing clients to grow their portfolio spend. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing account growth strategies to increase revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to deepen their engagement and increase spend
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in account management within financial services, SaaS, or learning solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
