About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Recruits. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for securing new clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise leads and create and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Attend business prospecting meetings and manage these effectively
  • Be the lead point of contact for new business negotiations
  • Prepare and check reports, and present solutions to prospects
  • Complete the full sales process to secure new clients
Requirements
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and committed with outstanding commercial savvy and attention to detail
  • Financial Services experience or qualifications are desirable but not essential
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of circa £40,000 (DOE) plus open-ended OTE of circa £80,000
