We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Recruits. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for securing new clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise leads and create and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Attend business prospecting meetings and manage these effectively
- Be the lead point of contact for new business negotiations
- Prepare and check reports, and present solutions to prospects
- Complete the full sales process to secure new clients
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, driven, and committed with outstanding commercial savvy and attention to detail
- Financial Services experience or qualifications are desirable but not essential
- A competitive salary of circa £40,000 (DOE) plus open-ended OTE of circa £80,000
- Pension contributions and private medical insurance
- 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays and up to 3 additional days at Christmas
- A comprehensive benefits package
