Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our service users.
  2. Build strong relationships with individuals, fostering trust and understanding.
  3. SUPPORT individuals in achieving their goals, providing guidance and encouragement along the way.
  4. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting progress and achievements.

Your Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as social work or education.
  • Has experience working with vulnerable adults or children, demonstrating a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Displays exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Can demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Is available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Location and Working Hours

The successful candidate will be based at our state-of-the-art facility in Wytham Street, Padiham, Burnley, and will be required to work full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
