Regional Sales Lead for UK

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Lead for the UK & Ireland region. As the ideal candidate, you'll have a minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience within B2B markets, along with at least 5 years of sales leadership experience within the chemical industry.
With knowledge and experience of major or key account management, you'll be able to think strategically across a matrix organization and develop strong customer relationships. You'll also have a strong awareness of the demands of meeting sales/export/logistics schedules while complying with all relevant legislation, and experience of effectively reviewing and interpreting diverse and complex data to produce meaningful outcomes.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a sales bonus structure that rewards your performance.
