Job Title: Regional Refinish Manager

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Regional Refinish Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the refinish business within the EMEA region, driving growth and profitability through effective product management and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the coatings industry, market trends and customer needs, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the refinish business within the EMEA region to drive growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
