We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Risk Management Coordinator to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
As a Regional Risk Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the MAPPA process, ensuring effective and appropriate information sharing, and providing necessary training and quality assurance for the management of MAPPA offenders. You will also be required to work on behalf of the SMB to implement the MAPPA guidance, ensure statistical data is collated and reported upon as required, and provide effective management and leadership to the team.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience with a proven record of good practice in a variety of settings, including offender risk assessment and management, and within a multi-disciplinary environment. They will also have experience of evaluating practice and providing a practice perspective on policy development, as well as contributing to the provision of effective administration and information systems.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to flexible working arrangements.
