Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Leader to join our UK and Ireland team.

As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our commercial business within the UK and Ireland. This includes developing and delivering comprehensive commercial plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on growing the sales of our key speciality product groups, while maintaining a delicate balance between customer service, stock levels, and operational costs. You will work closely with manufacturing sites and product management to achieve these objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of our 5-year business strategy, significantly growing the sales of our key speciality product groups. Your expertise in major or key account management will enable you to think strategically across a matrix organisation, providing innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

About You
  • Possessing a minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience within B2B markets and at least 5 years of sales leadership experience within the chemical industry, you are well-equipped to tackle the challenges of this role.
  • A strong awareness of the demands of meeting Sales/Export/Logistics schedules while complying with all relevant legislation is essential.
  • You will have a proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
