We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team as an Inside Sales Team Manager at WALLACE HIND SELECTION LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our company specializes in designing and manufacturing world-class material handling solutions for various industries such as Food & Beverage, Warehouse Management, Courier & Express Parcel, and Automotive.

BASIC SALARY: A highly competitive basic salary up to £65,000 per year, depending on your experience and performance. This will be discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process.
