Sales and Business Development Expert

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist to join our Commercial team in Wellingborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through lead generation, contract acquisition, and strategic planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing innovative strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Capturing new opportunities from prospect to close.
- Promoting our services to unlock maximum sales potential.
- Identifying profitable opportunities and cost-saving measures within our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills. A minimum NVQ Level 4 in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience is required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to travel as needed, and possess excellent negotiation skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £70K + bonus.
