Job Description:
We are seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist to join our Commercial team in Wellingborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through lead generation, contract acquisition, and strategic planning.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and executing innovative strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Capturing new opportunities from prospect to close.
  3. Promoting our services to unlock maximum sales potential.
  4. Identifying profitable opportunities and cost-saving measures within our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills. A minimum NVQ Level 4 in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience is required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to travel as needed, and possess excellent negotiation skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £70K + bonus.
