Global Sales Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Team Leader to lead our global sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the material handling industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative style, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify new sales opportunities
