About the Role
  • To lead the quality and management of nursing care, patient care, and the clinical environment within a nursing unit.
  • To manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within a unit, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • To assume the role of nurse-in-charge whilst on duty and provide clinical leadership and expertise to colleagues on shift.

The estimated salary for this position is £21.30 per hour, with 38.5 hours worked per week.
