Job Overview

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 nurse to join its Virtual Ward team. As a clinical nurse specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care across central Lancashire.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our innovative Virtual Ward service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nursing care, supporting the unit manager, and promoting excellent standards of care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading teams. They will also possess knowledge of recent advances in nursing practice, Clinical Governance, and safeguarding principles.

This is a 7-day service working between the hours of 8am - 8pm, offering a competitive salary of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata.
