Senior Clinical Lead Nurse

As a Peripatetic Nurse at Barchester, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents across your region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that on each shift, at every location, our residents receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans tailored to our residents' physical and mental needs, mentoring and supervising staff, and advancing the skills of your team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching qualification. You must have strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including safe medicine administration and NMC standards. A successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential.
