Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individual care plans for children and young people with complex physical needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, pension scheme, and training opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional degree or equivalent in pediatric nursing.
  • Current Professional Registration with NMC.
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in pediatric nursing.
