About the Role
Pain Management Clinical Nurse Specialists play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. As an experienced nurse clinician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pain management services to patients across various settings.

Located in Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, this position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, promoting seamless integrated pain management care. You will have the chance to develop areas of interest and work across different services as you gain experience in this specialism.

The ideal candidate will possess post-registration experience in an acute care setting, with the ability to demonstrate experience in managing patients using various methods of pain management interventions. A teaching and assessing qualification is also essential. Additionally, the successful applicant will have a working knowledge of clinical governance and current issues within the NHS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the multi-professional team to ensure patients receive integrated pain management care.
  • Provide comprehensive pain management services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Develop areas of interest and work across different services as needed.

Salary: The salary for this position is £43,041 - £69,324 per annum.
