About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Unit Nurse Manager at one of our care homes in the UK. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • To plan, manage, and monitor the delivery of nursing care that meets all residents' needs
  • To implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference to residents' day-to-day lives
  • To plan rotas, recruit, train, and mentor staff
  • To build relationships with local regulators and social services

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
  • Natural leadership skills, including experience as a clinical mentor

Salary and Benefits
