We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our prestigious client in Sheffield on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in their sales team, managing and growing existing and past accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Handle new enquiries and manage existing client relationships, ensuring long-term success and repeat business.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek and secure new business through face-to-face meetings at trade shows and networking events.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their needs.
  • Sector Expertise: Identify and target potential clients within your designated industry sector, continually expanding your client base.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Distribution to ensure smooth order fulfilment and adherence to KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
