About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Machinery Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and be able to manage and develop existing customer relationships while generating new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships
  • Generate new sales opportunities and enquiries
  • Convert enquiries into sales
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers
  • Plan and arrange customer visits through solid call plans
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in machinery sales
  • A background in manufacturing, engineering or steel/metal industry
  • Experience in managing and developing customer accounts
  • Ability to generate sales enquiries and convert them to orders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
