About the Role

The successful manager will need a positive attitude with a proven track record of equipment/machinery sales to manage & develop existing customer accounts as well as generate new sales opportunities/enquiries and convert these to orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing existing customer accounts & identifying potential sales opportunities – existing & new customers
  • Providing first class customer focused service
  • Provide quotations to customers and convert enquiries into sales
  • Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Planning & arranging customer visits through solid call plans
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous equipment/machinery sales experience – new, refurbished & spares
  • A manufacturing, engineering or steel/metal industry background
  • Experience in managing & developing customer accounts
  • Ability to generate sales enquiries, provide quotations & convert to orders
  • Developing positive customer relationships
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
