Empowering Learners: Education Intervention Coordinator

Join our team as an Education Intervention Coordinator and contribute to the success of our students by providing expert support in English and other subjects.

Key Duties:

  • Design and deliver targeted interventions to improve pupil outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust support plans accordingly.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Remuneration: This role comes with a salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.

About the Position: Assist the Subject Leader for English in leading the development of a programme to support targeted pupils. Provide individualised support in English and other subjects, and collaborate with the SENCO to address special needs requirements.
