Midwife Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Midwife to join our healthcare team at TSA Limited. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy, labour, and postpartum periods.
About the Role
This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and infants.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of pregnant women, including physical examinations and medical histories.
• Provide prenatal education and counselling to expectant mothers regarding pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care.
• Assist in the delivery process, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and child.
• Monitor the health of mothers and infants during labour and after delivery, providing necessary interventions as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, paediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
Requirements
• Proficient in IT systems for maintaining patient records and managing healthcare documentation.
• Previous experience in maternity care is preferred but not essential for newly qualified midwives eager to learn.
• Salary: £45-50 per hour (dependent on experience)
• 12 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• Day shift, night shift available
