About the Role:

As the SEND Learning Coordinator at Yeovil College, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities receive the highest quality education. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing programmes to support these learners, working closely with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders.

You will deliver engaging and effective English and Maths lessons, utilising the latest teaching practices to support SEND learners. This will involve tracking course recruitment, attendance, retention, and achievement to meet performance targets.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high level of organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for supporting learners with SEND, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, staff discount schemes, and professional development opportunities.
