This exciting role will involve managing the administration of our learning management system (LMS), working closely with the Head Office Learning and Development Team. You'll be responsible for maintaining knowledge of LMS functionality, problem-solving, and providing solutions to support L&D colleagues and users.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end administration in an LMS for learning provision, as well as strong technical skills using Office 365, including Microsoft Teams and intermediate Excel and Word. Experience in reporting with analysis of data to discover trends is also essential.

We offer a hybrid, flexible working approach that allows you to work from home three days a week, with face-to-face collaboration at our head office. Our subsidised canteen, free parking, and comfortable environment make it a great place to work.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head Office Learning and Development Team to manage the LMS effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of LMS functionality to solve problems and provide solutions
  • Work with technical teams to support maintenance and updates to the system
