Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced English and Maths Programme Lead to join our team at Yeovil College. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality English and Maths education for Foundation Learning, working closely with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that our students receive the best possible education.

You will coordinate and manage programmes to support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), delivering engaging and effective English and Maths lessons that meet their needs. This will involve tracking course recruitment, attendance, retention, and achievement to meet performance targets.

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round. We offer a generous pension scheme with 28.68% employer contributions, as well as a range of benefits including staff discount schemes, professional development opportunities, and employee assistance programmes.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
