Aeronautical Engineering Programme Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Aeronautical Engineering Programme, driving the development of frontline personnel with expertise in engineering.
The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise in engineering to support apprentices progressing through the Royal Navy Apprenticeship Programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting enrollments for learners in aeronautical engineering is a critical aspect of this role.
- This position involves providing apprenticeship programme inductions, progress review assurances, training delivery, and support services for apprentices studying Engineering (aeronautical).
- A key responsibility of this role is remote assessment of apprentices.
Requirements:
- A qualification or background in Engineering is essential for this position.
- Prior experience in assessing within adult learning/education is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with aeronautical/aviation engineering would be beneficial.
- Experience with technology to support learning delivery (MS Office) is required.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
