Job Title: Education Programmes Manager

The post of Education Programmes Manager at Yeovil College is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead the delivery of high-quality English and Maths education for Foundation Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing programmes to support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of engaging and effective English and Maths lessons, utilising the latest teaching practices to support SEND learners. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that our students receive the best possible education.

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round. We offer a generous pension scheme with 28.68% employer contributions, as well as a range of benefits including staff discount schemes, professional development opportunities, and employee assistance programmes.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. This requires an enhanced DBS check for successful applicants.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
