Job Summary

The Ned Careers is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to support the leadership of our night time operation as an Assistant Night Manager. This role will oversee Front of House night operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Night Manager to oversee night audit and daily reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest requests and issues during the shift, following established procedures for reporting and escalation.
  • Complete night reporting and auditing of the previous day, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with overnight employees to ensure a seamless operation around the building.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Security, Ground floor control, and senior leadership as needed.
  • Work a shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off per week, with hours from 10pm to 8:30am.
