Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our Front Office team as an Assistant Night Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing night operations, ensuring smooth communication with overnight employees, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Night Manager to ensure night audit and daily reporting is completed accurately and on time.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest requests and issues during the night shift, following all procedures for reporting and escalating issues.
- Complete night reporting and night auditing of the previous day's operations.
- Communicate effectively with overnight employees to maintain a smooth operation and ensure seamless handovers.
- Partner with other teams, including Security and Ground Floor Control, to ensure a high level of service and safety.
- Work a shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, with a 10pm-8:30am schedule.
- A competitive salary of up to £34,000 per year, including service charge.
