Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our Front Office team as an Assistant Night Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing night operations, ensuring smooth communication with overnight employees, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Night Manager to ensure night audit and daily reporting is completed accurately and on time.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest requests and issues during the shift, following all procedures for reporting and escalating issues.
- Complete night reporting and night auditing of the previous day, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with overnight employees to maintain a smooth operation and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
- Partner with other teams, such as Security and Ground Floor Control, to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Work a 4-day on, 3-day off schedule, with shifts from 10pm to 8:30am.
- A competitive salary of up to £34,000 per year, including service charge.
