Night Operations Assistant Manager

Our Front Office team serves as the welcoming presence of The Ned, ensuring that every interaction with our hotel guests is memorable. We are in search of a skilled and organized professional to assist in leading our nighttime operations.
Role Overview:
As the Assistant Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our front desk during the night.
Work Environment:
The Ned and Ned's Club comprise a prestigious collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants designed for individuals to connect, work, and enjoy themselves. Established in 2017, The Ned London was our inaugural location, and we have since expanded to include venues in New York, Doha, and Washington DC.
Located in the iconic former Midland Bank headquarters in the heart of the City, The Ned London features Ned's Club—a private members' area, a gym, and a rooftop—alongside a public spa, ten dining establishments, and 250 hotel rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Night Manager to oversee night operations at the Front of House, ensuring accurate completion of night audits and daily reports.
- Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries or concerns during your shift, adhering to all reporting protocols and coordinating with the morning team as necessary.
- Conduct all night reporting and auditing for the previous day.
- Maintain communication with overnight staff to ensure seamless operations throughout the building.
- Work in partnership with teams such as Security, Ground Floor Control, and senior management as required.
- Follow a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, from 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM.
