Night Operations Manager

The Ned London is a luxury hotel and members' club seeking a highly organized and professional individual to support the leadership of our night time operation.
As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing night operations to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest requests and issues during the shift, following all procedures for reporting and escalating concerns.
- Complete night reporting and auditing of the previous day's activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with overnight employees to maintain a smooth operation and ensure a positive guest experience.
