Job Description

Job Title: Night Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a Night Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all hotel operations and services during the night shift, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all hotel operations and services during the night shift
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and ensure a seamless handover of information to the Front Office Management team in the morning
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members, conducting regular Health and Safety checks and being responsible for emergency procedures and evacuation
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for the Night team and ensuring they deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Address any shortfall in service quality and operating standards, creating a great impression for guests

Requirements:

  • Previous operational experience as a Night Manager or an experienced Front Office Supervisor/Manager
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Natural leadership skills, with great communication skills and the ability to get the best out of the team
  • Positive can-do attitude, calm under pressure, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous knowledge of Opera is desirable
